About the role
We are looking for a Senior AI Game Designer to join our passionate team working on Blight: Survival. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping the game's AI systems, enemy archetype designs and memorable combat encounters. Working closely with the Lead Game Designer and cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll take features from concept to final implementation, crafting compelling and challenging AI behaviours that align with the game's vision.
In this role you will:
- Provide relevant design intentions and implementation for AI-focused features.
- Create high-quality gameplay that stays within the confines of the direction.
- Design and implement enemy variations that support the core gameplay pillars.
- Create, update and maintain relevant design documentation.
- Test features in both Live and QA environments.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in game design within the video game industry.
- Proven experience shipping at least one title as an AI Game Designer.
- Experience with melee and combat-focused games is a plus.
- Experience developing multiplayer games is a plus.
- Familiarity with Unreal Engine is a plus.

Ce que nous recherchons :
- Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience en conception de jeu dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo;
- Expérience avérée dans la livraison d’au moins un titre en tant que concepteur·rice de jeu spécialisé en IA;
- Une expérience sur des jeux axés sur le combat et en melee est un atout;
- Une expérience dans le développement de jeux multijoueurs est un atout;
- Une bonne connaissance d’Unreal Engine est un atout.
