Full-Time Cook – The Wellington
Location: Medicine Hat, Alberta
Position: Full-Time Cook

The Wellington is a welcoming, seniors care community known for exceptional service, fresh ingredients, and a warm, community-focused atmosphere. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cook to join our culinary team and help us deliver outstanding food experiences every day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Assist with inventory, food rotation, and proper storage practices
- Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Availability for weekends, and holidays as needed
