Position Overview

Questishere is seeking a creative, organized, and sports-driven Social Media Coordinator to grow our online presence and strengthen our community of athletes, teams, and supporters. This role is responsible for creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and helping establish Questishere as Canada’s premier Black-owned athletic apparel and custom team uniform brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of athletes, products, team partnerships, and events.
• Design graphics, reels, stories, and promotional content using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Write compelling captions aligned with the Questishere brand voice.
• Schedule and publish content across all platforms.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement while responding professionally.
• Coordinate athlete features, sponsorship announcements, product launches, and event coverage.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and Brand Athletes to collect content.
• Track social media performance and provide monthly analytics reports with recommendations.
• Stay current on trends, viral content, and platform updates to maximize engagement.
• Assist with influencer outreach and athlete partnership campaigns.
• Support marketing campaigns for product drops, tournaments, pop-up events, and sponsorship activations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing social media for a business, sports organization, or apparel brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for sports, fashion, and community building.
• Photography and videography experience is an asset.

Preferred Skills

• Content planning and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Basic graphic design.
• Short-form video editing.
• Influencer and athlete relationship management.
• Analytics reporting and performance optimization.
• Shopify and e-commerce marketing experience is an asset.

Performance Expectations

• Publish 3-5 social posts per week.
• Create 3–5 short-form videos (Reels/TikToks) weekly.
• Maintain consistent engagement with followers and partners.
• Increase follower growth, engagement, and website traffic.
• Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
