The Role:
We're looking for an Associate/Junior Product Manager to join our growing product team. This is a unique opportunity to shape innovative, technically complex products from the ground up while learning from experienced team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
- Write clear and actionable product stories and requirements for engineering
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to ship great features
- Use SQL and other tools to analyze user behavior, product performance, and KPIs
- Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily standups
- Spearhead user feedback and research to create human-centered design
- Participate in product strategy and policy initiatives cross-functionally
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1-2 years of experience in a product, engineering, or data-driven role (internships count!)
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English, especially in story writing
- Be comfortable working with SQL for data exploration and analysis
- Be detail-oriented, highly-organized, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Have technical curiosity - you do not need to be an engineer, but you enjoy understanding how things work behind the scenes
- Be familiar with gamification principles
- Demonstrate familiarity with agile methodologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or around Web3, crypto, or blockchain projects
- Exposure to tools like Asana, Notion, and Figma
- Experience with API products or developer-focused tools
- A portfolio, blog, or side project demonstrating your product thinking
- Multilingual in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, or Arabic
- Located in Canada
