What is the Opportunity?

Wealth Management Canada (WMC) is on a journey to transform the end-to-end Advisor Desktop Experience to enable our teams to focus on what matters most: providing our clients with the AA experience. As part of the end-to-end experience, Salesforce will be the central hub for our Advisors, connecting capability across client servicing, portfolio management, planning, and partnering with other businesses (e.g. DS, PH&N, RT, Insurance, Family Office Services).

The platform will deliver a simplified Advisor Desktop Experience powered by intelligence, enabling seamless client service, business growth, and productivity for teams.

As a Manager, Advisor Desktop Experience – you will bring your deep field experience to champion product development in close collaboration with intake, product leads, advisors and associates, boards, technology and other internal teams.

What will you do?

  • Work collaboratively with each product lead to be the voice of the business for each journey in ADX
  • Attend conferences, be the first line contact for the field for general inquiries and organize branch visits to continuously gather input as we progress, while updating the field on key functionality released
  • Capture field feedback, enhancement requests and insights and work closely with intake and support to tie in requirements and feedback prioritization by providing a business lens to product decision making
  • Continuously educate the entire delivery team on the why, while maintaining strong relationships across training, change, IAAB and champions in the field
  • Closely collaborate with the ADX leaders to ensure alignment with the overall product strategy and goals to help deliver an elevated client experience

What will you need to succeed?

Must-Have

  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of the wealth management industry
  • In-branch Retail Brokerage experience with a strong understanding of business applications, processes and tasks
  • Digital forward mindset for transforming the digital experience for advisors and associates
  • Hands-on user experience on Salesforce, ideally as an associate

Nice to Have

  • Strong public speaker; comfortable and able to clearly facilitate and deliver a message to a group of stakeholders
  • RBC Organizational Awareness
