Laura Canada is offering full-time, paid summer internships from June to August, and our IT team is looking for an Innovation Analyst Intern to join us!
Under the mentorship of our Product Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support departments in generating, evaluating, and validating improvement initiatives.
- Conduct business analysis for new strategic initiatives, helping validate ideas and build business cases.
- Break down complex or ambiguous problems into clear, actionable steps.
- Support small- to mid-scale projects by building project plans, tracking timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and identifying risks.
- Work cross-functionally with both senior leaders and operational teams.
- Collaborate with IT teams and help translate business needs into technology requirements.
- Support Business Intelligence initiatives and help teams make more data-driven decisions.
- Assist with reporting, analysis, and dashboards.
