About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate: strong background in Commercial / Industrial Construction Estimating - Industrial Facilities and water/wastewater infrastructure.
Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook and office.
Project Manager with a Minimum of 2-5 years of Experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all project performance including cost, schedule, safety, and quality.
- Oversee all construction coordination, planning and identifying potential risks and assistance in resolving field technical issues.
- Project Site Reviews, QAQC and Walkthrough Notes
- Monthly budget updates and review with Project team
- Develops and maintains relationships with clients through defining scopes of work, answering inquires, and monitoring progress.
- Manage RFI Process, Manages change management and change order process.
- Manage shop drawing review and submittal process. Coordinate distribution to field staff and subtrade co-ordination.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office, Blubeam
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to build accurate and detailed budgets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong understanding of blueprints, schematics and drawings.
