Join our Wholesale Sales Support Team as a Sales Advisor, where you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our Wholesale Sales and Operations teams to achieve key business objectives, including margin targets and market share growth. As a Sales Advisor, you’ll leverage your technical expertise and strong organizational skills to streamline processes, deliver exceptional administrative support, and ensure our customers receive timely, high-quality service.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with demonstrated expertise in Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Collaborative team player, adept at working with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve common objectives, and committed to supporting others in building their understanding of processes, tools, and metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your technical skills and knowledge of wholesale systems to optimize and add value to sales processes.
  • Oversee and execute administrative functions for the Wholesale team.
  • Coordinate and deliver mass communications to Associates.
  • Review, assess, implement, and monitor programs to ensure clarity and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Prepare and present Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) Stewardship reports for various leadership teams, while providing backup support to other stewardship analysts across Suncor’s business areas.
  • Support projects aimed at implementing robust processes and innovative tools to address risks and capitalize on opportunities within Wholesale.

Location and other Key Details:

  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.
