Role: Manager, Strategic Projects Location: Remote (Candidates ideally located in Guelph, Ontario region)
Hours/Shift: Full-time

What You’ll Do As Manager, Strategic Projects, you will Own the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives across digital, sales, operations, and functional transformation. You’ll define project plans, align stakeholders, and implement continuous improvement programs that enhance efficiency and collaboration. By documenting learnings and sharing best practices, you’ll ensure long-term success and foster a culture of innovation.
Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a proactive leader who is ready to Own the challenge of driving change across diverse teams. You thrive in complex environments, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders with confidence. With your expertise in project management and continuous improvement, you’ll help us shape the future of food production sustainably and effectively.
You’ll also need
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- 5–10 years of proven project management experience, leading cross-functional projects
- Agriculture industry experience preferred
- PMP certification and Six Sigma/continuous improvement training preferred
- Proficiency in project management software
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
