As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director, Strategic Advisory, to lead our solution delivery efforts, provide strategic guidance, and enhance client relationships. 

This is an exciting role designed for experienced consultants with a proven track record of designing and implementing B2C and B2B loyalty strategies, financial strategy and modeling, and leading C-suite conversations across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities: 

Strategic and Tactical Leadership:

  • Lead the design and execution of strategic and tactical plans for solution delivery related to programmatic loyalty and customer engagement solutions across a wide range of sectors
  • Leverage deep expertise in loyalty mechanics, financial strategy, and human-centered design to develop comprehensive value propositions, feature mixes, operational strategies, and financial models.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of tailored solutions to achieve client objectives, balancing long-term vision with tactical execution.

Client Engagement:

  • Establish and nurture strong senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor in the loyalty and customer engagement space.
  • Provide strategic counsel to clients, aligning loyalty program strategies with their evolving business needs and goals.
  • Lead C-suite presentations, translating complex concepts into actionable insights that drive decision-making and organizational buy-in

Opportunity Development:

  • Identify and nurture follow-through opportunities within existing client engagements.
  • Collaborate closely with client and business development teams to contribute to solution discovery, proposal development and client presentations.

Subject Matter Expertise:

  • Represent Bond as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple insustries, offering insights into industry trends, loyalty best practices, and emerging technologies..
  • Stay ahead market trends and customer behaviour shifts  to provide informed insights to clients.

Content Development:

  • Contribute to thought leadership through development of compelling content that showcases Bond’s expertise in loyalty and customer engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling materials and participate in industry events.

Team Development:

  • Cultivate a high-performance, collaborative team environment through mentorship and knowledge sharing
  • Provide leadership and guidance to working teams, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall effectiveness of the consulting team.

Requirements:

  • Proven consulting experience with a focus on loyalty program strategy, financial modeling and strategy, and multi-sector customer engagement solutioning.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional consulting projects involving loyalty and financial strategy, and implementation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse client relationships, and influence senior executives
  • In-depth knowledge of loyalty trends and best practices across various sectors, with the ability to translate these insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.including the ability to lead high-level client discussion and present to senior executives
  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a consulting leadership role, specifically within loyalty and customer engagement
  • Demonstrated success in developing, leading, and delivering client-focused solutions across diverse industries.
