We are seeking registered Pharmacists authorized for injections who are currently working in community or hospital pharmacies to develop curriculum for our CCAPP-accredited Pharmacy Technician Program as Subject Matter Experts!
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at Stenberg College are professionals in the field who are contracted to share their expertise in the creation, review, and revision of curriculum and instructional materials. Working in collaboration with the Pharmacy Technician Program Lead Subject Matter Expert and the Curriculum and Instructional Design Specialist, you will create engaging, innovative content that meets industry standards in alignment with CCAPP requirements and NAPRA competencies.
No experience teaching or designing curriculum required! You will be working directly with curriculum specialists as well as other subject matter experts to develop materials. All contracts are deliverables-based, and most can be completed entirely remotely according to your own schedule. A wide range of projects are available, covering various topics and formats. We will work with you to find a project that aligns with your strengths and interests.
Location: Remote (Online)
Employment Type: Contract (Deliverables-based)
Who You Are:
- A practicing Pharmacist in Canada, Registered with the relevant provincial college, with a minimum of three years’ experience in this role
- Authorized for injections
- Currently practicing in community or hospital pharmacy
- Someone with sound computer skills (Microsoft Word & PowerPoint); familiarity with Kroll would be an asset
- An excellent communicator – both written and verbal
- Someone who is passionate about investing in students and the pharmacy industry
