About the Team Our Learning & Development team equips associates and leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to support firm and divisional goals. We design and deliver learning that helps associates perform at their best, combining industry‑accepted learning methodologies, data‑driven insights, and strong business partnerships.
What You'll Do In this role, you will design, develop, and facilitate learning programs that strengthen associate performance and support firm priorities. You will:

Develop, write, and facilitate learning programs, virtual and in‑person, with clear expectations and measures of success.

Conduct needs assessments by partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts to determine objectives and measure learning outcomes.

Analyze data, content, and learner feedback to tailor or create course materials and continuously improve curriculum effectiveness.
-
Design and refine multi-modal learning experiences using a learner-centered approach that supports behavior change.
-
Partner with end users to prototype or validate learning approaches, ensuring solutions achieve performance outcomes.
-
Build strong relationships with business leaders and associates, act as a trusted partner and mentor within the learning community.

Maintain and enhance learning materials, ensuring they reflect industry trends, business changes, and best practices.

Lead or contribute to departmental or divisional initiatives that improve process and learning effectiveness.

Provide feedback and coaching to support associate growth and performance.

Leading or contributing to curriculum updates and process improvement efforts.

What You Bring Required:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

3+ years applying adult learning principles in program facilitation and curriculum development.

Strong facilitation, communication (written and verbal), and instructional design skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with minimal guidance.

Proficiency with modern learning tools, platforms, and software used to develop and deliver engaging, learner-centered experiences, including: Articulate Storyline and Rise, Vyond, Audacity, and Adobe Creativity Cloud (required within 12 months)
Preferred / What Sets You Apart:

Financial services experience.

Demonstrated ability to diagnose learning gaps, use critical thinking to identify root causes, and implement effective learning solutions.
