About the role

Overview

The Wholegoods Order Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for supporting designated Brandt Tractor Branches in all aspects of inventory control, and inventory management. Key aspects of this include assigning stock to sales and rentals, while leveling of wholegood inventory across the divisions of responsibility. Placement of orders to various vendors, PO processing, coding, and supporting general inventory related questions from the branches will be key support activities. This position is crucial for the overall success of Brandt Tractor by delivering daily sales activity support and information to the branches.

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Order placement

o Place Orders with vendors and maintain order details

o Respond to Branch questions on order date details

o Work with vendors on order change requests

o Develop and manage the day-to-day logistics for supply chain teams

  • Production Coordination

o Coordinate with production supervisors to plan and organize product runs, and collaborate with production coordinators to synchronize production schedules across departments

o Prepare and maintain reports and data for multiple production department stakeholders

  • Assignments of machines to branch sales and rentals

o Will enforce the assignment policy in place to maintain accurate inventory availability detail

o Coordinate logistics with PDI and Traffic departments

o Reporting of sales details to senior leadership teams

  • Inventory record maintenance

o Will use the Record 360 program to keep accurate inventory records

o Machine details maintenance – hours, location, notes, specs

o Training and support for the Record 360 system

  • Inventory creation

o Matching of vendor invoice to PO

o GL coding knowledge for various products

o Creation of new inventory records in business systems

  • Other duties as assigned

What We Look For

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience and/or post-secondary education in Business Administration, Analytics, or similar discipline would be considered an asset

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

  • Strong customer support skills

  • Knowledge or experience within ERP systems

  • Must be an analytical thinker and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel

  • Strong work ethic, willing to put in the extra time as required to get the job done
