This individual will play a key role in the day-to-day program execution management, optimization, and transformation of the Princess Margaret Home & Cottage Lottery programs. Working across marketing, operations, finance, analytics, technology, legal, and external vendor partners, this individual will help deliver a best-in-class player experience while supporting strategic initiatives designed to modernize and grow the lottery business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, is comfortable operating in ambiguity, and combines strong project management capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Home & Cottage Lottery Program Management Support the planning, execution, and optimization of the Princess Margaret Home & Cottage Lottery programs. Manage key operational workstreams throughout the lottery lifecycle, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are achieved. Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless program execution. Monitor program performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue, operational efficiency, and player experience. Support the development and execution of annual lottery business plans, post program reviews and strategic priorities. Assist in managing lottery budgets, forecasts, expense management, and program performance reporting. Lottery Transformation & Innovation Play a leading role in executing the Home & Cottage Lottery transformation roadmap. Support implementation of new technologies, processes, and operational capabilities designed to improve program performance. Help identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation within the lottery business. Lead cross-functional projects that improve player experience, operational effectiveness, and organizational efficiency. Document, implement, and continuously improve standard operating procedures and business processes. Analytics & Business Performance Analyze sales, player, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with internal and external analytics resources to develop actionable insights and recommendations. Track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders. Support business case development for strategic initiatives, investments, and program enhancements. Monitor competitor activity and charitable gaming trends to identify opportunities and emerging best practices. Cross-Functional Leadership Serve as a key liaison between Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Technology, and external vendors. Ensure projects move efficiently across multiple stakeholder groups while maintaining strong communication and accountability. Support vendor management activities, including coordination, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Assist in preparing presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and Board materials. Player Experience & Operational Excellence Champion a best-in-class player experience across all player touchpoints. Champion the integration of brand into program strategy and execution ensuring stakeholder alignment to ensure programs reinforce brand equity and support objectives. Support initiatives aimed at improving acquisition, retention, loyalty, and player satisfaction. Identify operational risks and proactively develop mitigation plans. Ensure lottery activities comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and operational requirements. Qualifications 5–8 years of progressive experience in program management, project management, operations, general management, or business leadership. Demonstrated success managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Experience working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and develop practical solutions to complex challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing external vendors and cross-functional teams. Preferred Experience Experience in lottery, gaming, charitable gaming, fundraising, loyalty, e-commerce, or other regulated consumer-facing promotional businesses. Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, or operational excellence initiatives. Familiarity with customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing. Experience working with financial reporting, forecasting, and business case development. What Success Looks Like: In the first 12–18 months, this individual will: Become a trusted operational leader for the Home & Cottage Lottery portfolio. Help successfully execute key transformation initiatives. Improve operational processes and cross-functional coordination. Generate actionable insights that drive revenue growth and improved player experience. Strengthen the organization's ability to scale and innovate within its flagship lottery business.
