What You’ll Be Doing Reporting to the Director of Capital Markets Product Control, the Senior Manager, Capital Markets Product Control will be leading and driving process automation initiatives. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in streamlining and enhancing our operational efficiency through the implementation of innovative automation technologies.

  • Strategic Leadership - Spearhead the development and execution of the process automation strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives.
  • Project Management - Lead end-to-end project management for process automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource optimization, and successful implementation.
  • Technology Evaluation - Evaluate and recommend automation tools and technologies suitable for our business needs, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with various departments to understand workflow processes, identify automation opportunities, and create seamless integration plans.
  • Team Empowerment - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of analyst within Product Control who are participating in automation project.
  • Risk Management - Identify potential risks and challenges associated with automation projects, developing mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Performance Measurement - Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation projects, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Training and Development - Facilitate training programs to enhance the skill set of team members and stakeholders involved in or impacted by automation initiatives.

Who You Are

  • You can demonstrate 5+ years’ experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, project delivery and/or service design within the banking or financial service industry. In addition, you have Product Control experience and an understanding of Capital Markets process flows as well and advanced knowledge of financial instruments. Further, you have Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. It's an asset if you have strong understanding of trading systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx.
