What are your contributions to the team?
- Support inventory reduction projects portfolio governances for the Bombardier Planning and Methods Team and assist in compilation of material to support Executive Leadership;
- Standardize and optimize processes related to the current project portfolio governance;
- Develop, track and report on project achievements and tasks in close collaboration with assigned teams (Finance, Planning, Operations and Engineering);
- Lead and influence cross-functional project members to ensure timely project execution;
- Develop trusted relationships with partners (Finance, Planning, Operations and Engineering) to help develop portfolio strategies and action plans that enable business success.
- Establish governances, escalate to the appropriate management level when required and provide visibility to senior management;
- Develop communication and change management plans to ensure successful deployment of projects;
How to thrive in this role?
- You have knowledge in business administration, strategy or project/portfolio/inventory management
- You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;
- You have the desire to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies;
- You are a highly organized individual;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French;
- You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment);
- You are a good team player and highly reliable.
Boarding Information:
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 4 months, longer availability is an asset
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
