THP’s Strategy Management Office (SMO) plays an important role in guiding the implementation of our Plan to 2030 by leading strategic priorities and annual corporate planning processes. The Strategy Management Office is a dynamic and highly strategic team that works collaboratively with teams across the organization to build on our progress and unique strengths to lead change for a new kind of health care.
Co-op Positions
We are recruiting for one co-op role within the Strategy Management Office team. The successful candidate may also have opportunities to work across teams, depending on interest.
Compensation Range: $24 – $26 per hour (commensurate with experience)
The Strategy Management Associate will:
- Enable coordination, communication and controls in the delivery of projects of various sizes and scopes
- Support planning and development related to key initiatives
- Support the delivery of projects, processes and best practices designed to achieve the goals identified in the Plan to 2030
- Develop and deliver innovative presentations, reports, and proposals to all levels of the organization
- It is anticipated that the Strategy Management Associate will:
- Support a variety of internally- and externally-facing cross-functional projects simultaneously
- Support strategic plan delivery at all levels of the organization
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of management to carry out project-related tasks of various sizes and scopes
- Exemplify a commitment to THP’s vision, mission and values and demonstrate dedication to a patient- centred approach to delivering quality hospital care
We are looking for a strong team player with interests and/or experience in strategy, project management, change management, and business case development. We are seeking candidates who can balance priorities and perform in fast-paced, changing environments. Most importantly, we are looking for candidates with a passion for health care and who share our values of excellence, compassion, and courage.
Students at Trillium Health Partners are an integral part of the team, and, as such, have the freedom to create their own projects in areas of special interest, have direct access to the Senior Management Team, and will have opportunities to deepen their knowledge about hospital operations.
Our organization may use automated tools, including artificial intelligence (AI) or algorithm-assisted systems, to support the initial review of applications. These tools are used only to assist our recruiters and hiring managers; all hiring decisions include meaningful human involvement and final review.
