Job summary:

You will be the ambassador of a Quebec family business that is constantly growing. Your belief in the power of human relationships will enable you to promote a family business that has been firmly established for over 80 years. A full-time/permanent contract awaits you! You will report to the plant manager.

Description of your responsibilities:

You will be the key person responsible for mechanical and electrical assembly**,**transforming technical drawings into reliable, compliant, high-quality products.

**Reading and interpreting assembly drawings?**You've got this down pat. You understand diagrams, anticipate the steps involved, and work methodically.

Performing complex mechanical assemblies? It's part of your daily routine. You know how to align, secure, adjust, and deliver impeccable work.

**Wiring electrical circuits?**You know the standards, you follow procedures, and you make sure that every wire is in the right place, properly connected, and clearly identified.

**Preparing parts before assembly?**You leave nothing to chance. You inspect, clean, and adjust to ensure flawless assembly.

Using the right tools safely and efficiently? It comes naturally to you. You take care of your work environment as well as the quality of the finished product.

Your goal: to deliver a flawless, functional assembly on timeand in accordance with Franklin Empire standards.

And if you can improve a process or anticipate a problem, you don't hesitate to do so.

You also participate in dismantling old assemblies, identifying reusable parts, and helping to optimize operations.

You work hand in hand with the design, production, and quality control teams.

You communicate clearly, raise issues quickly, and get things done.

Above all, you ensure that every product deliveredcomplies with plans, technical requirements, and Franklin Empire's reputation for quality.

What you need to succeed:

A vocational diploma in electrical engineering or automated systems electromechanics.

Excellent manual dexterity.

Experience in the field.

A good ability to understand electrical plans.

Be responsible, independent, and a good team player.

Good knowledge of electrical products is an asset.
