We are seeking a VP, Technology Strategy & Transformation who will be responsible for architecting and delivering the firm’s enterprise technology vision. This role bridges technology strategy, product management, and hands‑on development, ensuring the firm’s technology ecosystem becomes a meaningful competitive advantage across its real estate investment businesses, including both debt and equity platforms.
The VP is accountable for end‑to‑end technology execution: defining strategy, building products, writing code where needed, managing projects, mentoring developers, and overseeing enterprise systems, cybersecurity, data governance, and regulatory technology requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a multi‑year technology strategy aligned with the firm’s business objectives across both real estate debt and equity investment management.
- Serve as the primary technology advisor to the executive leadership team, providing thought leadership on innovation, automation, artificial intelligence & machine learning capabilities, data analytics, and emerging technologies relevant to real estate investment management.
- Translate business needs into scalable, integrated technology solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and competitive differentiation.
Product Management & Development
- Lead product strategy, road mapping, and lifecycle management for all internal and external technology platforms.
- Drive requirements gathering, user research, and solution design with cross‑functional business partners.
- Oversee the development of proprietary tools supporting originations, underwriting, portfolio management, asset management, fund operations, investor reporting, and risk management.
- Ensure all product decisions are aligned with measurable business value, including efficiency gains, accuracy, compliance, and enhanced investment outcomes.
- Establish and champion product management practices, including backlog prioritization, iterative delivery, and stakeholder communication.
Hands‑On Engineering & Technical Leadership
- Act as a technical lead and active contributor, capable of writing code, architecting integrations, reviewing pull requests, and guiding engineering best practices.
- Build working prototypes, automate workflows, and support development teams in solving complex technical challenges.

Project & Program Management

- Evaluate, select, and implement enterprise software solutions to support investment lifecycle processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory expectations.
