Summer Student, Sales Enablement Support We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer student to join our Sales Enablement team, providing administrative and operational support for the Unassigned Policy Program (UPP). This role supports the Program Administrator by contributing to key initiatives and project deliverables while gaining exposure to supporting independent financial advisors within a national sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for mail merges, advisor communications & follow-ups, and routine delegations managed through the mailbox.
- Support data entry, document management, and other day-to-day operational activities to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Enable the Program Administrator to focus on strategic activities and project management through effective execution of assigned tasks.
- Provide vacation coverage for the Program Administrator, ensuring continuity of program operations.
- Contribute to the successful completion of key projects by adhering to established timelines.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work with data, spreadsheets, and administrative processes in a structured environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technology.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- High Level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality of work.
