Role - Support Engineer

Role Description:
Support project lifecycles in team member capacity Support/manage full SDLC lifecycle of applications/platform
Essential Skills:
Support project lifecycles in team member capacitySupport/manage full SDLC lifecycle of applications/platform
Design and manage high availability and disaster recoverySustain and enhance stability and security of the infrastructure
Provide production support for enterprise email security platform with over 100k user base Unix Networking
Familiarity with SDLC concepts and toolsets (git, Jenkins, ALM)
Familiarity with Agile principles and DevOps practices
Intermediate or above knowledge in Automation (Ansible), GNU Linux operating system and GNU tools
Infrastructure protocols such as DNS, LDAP, NTP, SNMP, SMTP
SMTP email related protocols and standards SMTP, DMARC, DKIM, SPF
Desirable Skills:
Programmer mindset, and at a minimum, have intermediate level skill on Python, shell scripting
Familiarity with email security techniques (anti malware, anti-spam)

"BM-Cloud" BM-Cloud is One of the key offerings of Atlantis consulting as a Cloud-based business management ERP software since 2013. The significant feature of BM-Cloud includes easy usage with the enhancement of simplicity and usability as a complete integrated ERP system. The fundamental modules covered by BM-Cloud are accounting, inventory management, purchasing, sales, and HR/payroll systems. In other words, it is designed primarily to support businesses in the trading and retail sectors and includes all the essential components required for a firm to assist in decision-making.

We provide a cloud-based retail solution with all the tools required to manage a retail business, including a sales screen, inventory management, real-time dashboard, employee administration, and other functions that keep retailers in charge of their operations.
