We are seeking a Software developmnet Intern to contribute to the development of software products and supporting systems. As an intern, you will collaborate with a team of expert professionals to develop our industry leading simulation software. The successful candidate will perform design, develop, maintain and test the next-genration web applications for our signal and thermal integrits simulation flows. In this internship, you will support our Electronics Business Unit. This is a 40-hour per week paid position starting January 2026 and concluding April 2026 This internship is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Performs moderately complex development activities, including the design, implementation, maintenance, testing and documentation of software modules and sub-systems
  • Understands and employs best practices
  • Performs moderately complex bug verification, release testing and beta support for assigned products. Researches problems discovered by QA or product support and develops solutions
  • Works under the general supervision of a development manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer engineering, or related technical degree.
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time degree program in Canada
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and to collaborate with others
  • Programming knowledge in Web based tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building applictions using web frameworks like Angular, React etc
  • Familiarity with best practices in Coding
  • Familiarity with Testing practices and unit testing
