About the role
We know what it means to put the customer first—our business is built upon a tradition of exceptional, individualized customer service. Our employees experience the excitement and satisfaction that comes from working for a successful, expanding company where every team member makes a difference and where initiative and hard work are valued and rewarded. We are confident that if you choose to work at ROBINSON, you will be taking your first steps towards a challenging, profitable, and satisfying career.
At ROBINSON, our warehouse teams keep products moving accurately, efficiently, and on time. As an Afternoon Shipper/Receiver, you’ll play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly—from picking and packing orders to receiving shipments and preparing trucks for next-day deliveries.
We’re hiring both experienced warehouse pros and people who are new to the industry but ready to start a hands-on, active career. If you're available Monday to Friday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm, reliable, detail-focused, and enjoy working as part of a team, this could be the perfect fit.
What You will do:
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for same-day and next-day shipments while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Receive, process, and stock incoming shipments, including late deliveries, and organize inventory to maximize space and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse while supporting teammates, assisting customers, and stepping in to help with other tasks as needed.
- Contribute to special projects that keep warehouse operations smooth and efficient.
About You:
- You’re safety-minded and have a sharp eye for detail
- You like to stay active—this role involves lots of walking and regular lifting (20–40 lbs)
- You’re comfortable with RF scanners and being around forklifts (or willing to learn—we’ll train you!)
- You’re a team player who’s curious, adaptable, and ready to grow in a warehouse environment
