About the role
What we will accomplish together: Alsinova is looking for a Business Development Manager/Director .
Your mission (should you decide to accept it): Develop, execute and oversee business strategy locally and contribute to International Business Initiative. This is a great opportunity to work with a local of Business Developers and an International team.
Your daily activities will be:
- Represent the mission, values and expertise of the company Develop
- Maintain account and achieved monthly and annual sales
- Maintain great knowledge on market data.
- Mine/prospect potential client contacts to Business Development team for follow up
- Collaborate with creation, implementation and maintenance of client communication tools, including e-mail announcements / LinkedIn / website contents
- Participate in any events aligned with Business strategiesProfil
- Capability of selling project and Consulting
You:
- Mimimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or in Sciences with DESS in administration.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in CRO/Business development activities/pharmaceutical related field.
- Very organized, self-motivated, independent producer.
- Ability to deal with monthly target objectives.
- Strong customer focus, great communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to convince, and persuade.
