Job Description Customer Service Associate (Mailroom, Print, Hospitality in Law Firm) We are seeking a customer service–oriented Print Centre Associate to join our Law Firm’s Communications Department. This role supports a collaborative team environment and involves handling print, copy, scan, and mail operations , as well as assisting with hospitality and reception coverage as needed.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent client service skills suited to a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain high-volume print, copy, and scanning equipment
- Support reception and hospitality areas when needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and packages; apply postage as required
- Perform document finishing, binding, quality checks, and file formatting
- Assist with document scanning, conversion, and digital file management
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of copier and supply areas
- Distribute office supplies and completed print jobs within the firm
- Provide timely, professional assistance to staff at all levels, including legal assistants, paralegals, associates, and partners
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all work, meeting tight deadlines as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Site Manager or Team Lead
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
- 1+ year of experience in a legal or professional services environment strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a print, mail, or office services role is an asset
- Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and common office technologies (copiers, scanners, postage meters, etc.)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents with care
