We are currently looking for an experienced Shop Welder/Fitter to fill an existing vacancy. Location: Our Fabrication shop in Guelph, ON
Hours of Work: Monday – Thursday, 6AM-5PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the fabrication team to prepare items for site (e.g. handrails, guarding, platforms, stairs, racks, skids, stainless steel pipe)
- Assist with fitting and assembly to ensure components meet project specifications
- Perform other welding and fabrication tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Stick, Flux, and MIG welding is a must
- Active CWB Stick, Flux, and MIG tickets are preferred
- Experience setting up welding equipment
- Prior fitting experience
