Role Description The Claude Architect / Senior Developer is a remote, contract role responsible for designing, building, and maintaining advanced solutions using Claude and related AI technologies. Day-to-day work includes defining system and solution architecture, implementing secure and scalable integrations, and developing robust applications and workflows that leverage Claude for automation, knowledge management, and intelligent decision support. The role involves collaborating with consulting teams and clients to translate business requirements into technical designs, creating technical documentation, and ensuring best practices in performance, reliability, and compliance. The individual will also troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing implementations, and contribute to the evolution of Roshan Consulting Services’ AI-driven offerings.

Qualifications

Strong solution Architecture and Architectural Design skills, with experience defining scalable, secure, and maintainable technical frameworks. Advanced Software Development skills, ideally in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, cloud platforms) for building production-ready systems. Hands-on Integration experience, including designing and implementing API-based integrations between AI platforms (such as Claude), enterprise applications, and data sources. Proven Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering technical projects on time while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience working with AI/ML or LLM-based solutions (Claude or similar), prompt engineering, and automation workflows is highly beneficial. Familiarity with RPA, business process optimization, or digital transformation initiatives in a consulting or enterprise environment is an asset. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
