About This Opportunity Reporting to the Director of RGM & Customer Finance, the Program Manager, Revenue Growth Strategy & Management (RGM) – West will play a key role in supporting our team’s efforts to drive thoughtful, sustainable revenue growth. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to develop user-friendly analytical tools and deliver timely, insight-driven analysis. These contributions will empower the business to make informed, strategic decisions that foster long-term customer relationships and encourage profitable, sustainable revenue growth.
With a focus on partnership and impact, the Program Manager will help guide the Trade Board process and assess the value of new and renewing contracts. This work is instrumental in building strategies that highlight opportunities for customer growth and ensure risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage regional trade board processes to support new business and contract renewals.
- Support customer pricing decisions by providing benchmarking and profit ROI data for deal optimization.
- Build and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships with colleagues in sales, finance and operations.
- Make recommendations to support the optimization of customer promotion activities by reviewing depth/frequency and pricing slopes, and potential ROI.
- Collaborate on developing go-to-market business cases by reviewing both internal pricing and external retail price data.
- Responsible for post-audit routines to track actual performance vs forecast, and to assess innovation SKUs.
- Lead analysis for Business Transformation Office (BTO) projects assigned to the RGM team and support cross-functional teams as the subject expert.
- Lead and/or contribute to presentation deck content for BTO and leadership steering committees.
- Assist in annual business planning and building annual rate increases, as well as monthly and YTD reporting, with an emphasis on results vs. business plan and prior year.
- Assist in analyzing retail data, shipment data, and usage of visualization tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of business analysis experience. Experience in sales, category management, commercial or finance preferred.
- Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- You’re a problem solver who is always looking to improve and has excellent attention to detail.
- Must be an expert in Excel, with an ability to model large data sets. Ideally comfortable with macros.
- Experience with SAP-Power BI reporting, Tableau, AC Nielsen would be an asset.
- Experience in introductory data science or programming languages is an asset.
