Facilities Supervisor
Requirements:
- Perform minor repairs to building interiors and exteriors.
- Ensure locker rooms and public areas are clean.
- Maintenance of the building including minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
- Maintain qualified outside contractors to make necessary repairs as required.
- Supply ordering and inventory control.
- Assist with event setup as required.
- Hire, schedule and train the facilities teams.
- Work within budget guidelines.
- Ensure the building is a safe, well maintained, up to code workplace (fire system checks, first aid supplies, and safety equipment etc.).
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of related experience in facility or property management.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, security, HVAC systems and fire suppression systems is an asset.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and balance multiple tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, ability to work with reports, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
- Proven ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously.
