Below are the details of the position: Job Title:Partnerships Manager Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) Duration: 24 Months (Potential Extension & Full-Time Conversion) Start Date: August 10, 2026 Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join the Everyday Banking Customer Segments team. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic retail banking partnerships, helping expand and strengthen existing relationships while identifying new partnership opportunities. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with Product, Strategy, and various business units to develop partnership initiatives, execute launch strategies, and deliver compelling business recommendations to senior leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven professional with strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and retail banking experience.
Key Responsibilities Support the management and execution of Everyday Banking partnership initiatives. Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with internal and external strategic partners. Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships and cultivate new business relationships. Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership opportunities. Coordinate sponsorships, partnership activities, events, and related budgets/expenses. Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis to inform partnership strategies, service level agreements, and value propositions. Develop launch strategies and activation plans for strategic partnerships. Prepare executive presentations and business cases using compelling storytelling and data visualization. Present recommendations and partnership updates to senior stakeholders. Ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
