About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Technical Support Representative to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you’ll support customers by phone and email, troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver friendly, professional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with internet, phone, TV, and mobility services
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email
  • Assist customers with setting up and optimizing equipment (modems, routers, set-top boxes)
  • Document all interactions, issues, and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams with clear documentation
  • Educate customers on self-service tools and basic troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with technical, customer care, and field teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Stay up to date on products, services, and system updates

What You Bring

  • Customer service or technical support experience (telecom an asset)
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Strong computer skills, typing skills, and comfort with web-based systems
  • Solid technical understanding of internet services; networking knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for great service
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
