About the role

The Winnipeg Football Club is seeking enthusiastic Catering Staff Members to help deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience for our fans and guests. Catering Staff play an important role in the successful execution of game days and special events by providing excellent customer service, preparing service areas, and ensuring food and beverages are served efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service to guests in premium hospitality areas Assist with the setup, service, and teardown of catering events and game day hospitality spaces Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner Ensure food presentation and service meet Winnipeg Football Club standards Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas throughout events Assist with stocking and replenishing food, beverages, and service supplies Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Support supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth event execution Assist with post-event cleanup and closing duties Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Smart Choices Certification is considered an asset Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience is considered an asset Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (5+ hours during events) Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Availability to work home games and special events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to and from Princess Auto Stadium is considered an asset The Winnipeg Football Club welcomes applications from qualified individuals from all backgrounds and abilities.
