  • Établir des partenariats solides avec les leaders commerciaux à travers le Canada et la région internationale pour découvrir des opportunités où l'IA et la technologie numérique peuvent transformer les résultats dans les domaines thérapeutiques prioritaires.
  • Identifier les défis commerciaux à forte valeur et les traduire en stratégies et solutions innovantes basées sur les données et l'IA pour améliorer la différenciation sur le marché, l'engagement client et la génération de revenus.
  • Rechercher, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des solutions révolutionnaires propulsées par l'IA - en tirant parti des capacités internes et des partenariats externes - pour améliorer les résultats des patients et stimuler la croissance de BMS.
  • Favoriser la collaboration entre les équipes internes et les innovateurs externes (prestataires de soins de santé, entreprises technologiques) pour co-développer et piloter de nouvelles solutions.
  • Élaborer des dossiers d'affaires convaincants qui mobilisent le soutien et l'investissement interfonctionnels, en traduisant des stratégies complexes d'IA et de numérique en croissance commerciale claire.
  • Orchestrer une livraison sans faille du concept au lancement en alignant Marketing, Ventes, Médical, Juridique & Conformité, Réglementation et Approvisionnement.
  • Maximiser le déploiement avec des indicateurs d'impact clairs, en suivant rigoureusement la performance pour garantir une valeur mesurable pour les patients et un élan commercial soutenu.
  • Inspirer une culture d'innovation et d'agilité chez BMS.
  • Assurer la confidentialité, la sécurité et les garde-fous de l'IA responsable; maintenir un registre local des risques et des plans de continuité des activités pour les processus et systèmes critiques.
  • Stimuler la personnalisation omnicanale et les capacités de " prochaine meilleure action " pour améliorer l'expérience des professionnels de la santé/clients et l'efficacité sur le terrain.
  • Orchestrer l'utilisation locale des plateformes de données d'entreprise; automatiser les flux d'intégration/analyse de données avec les centres de livraison; progresser des cas d'utilisation descriptifs vers prédictifs en IA/ML.
  • Définir les indicateurs de performance (KPIs/OKRs) et suivre le taux d'adoption, la réduction des délais, les résultats de qualité/conformité et la valeur commerciale réalisée.

Qualifications et expérience

Essentiel

  • Baccalauréat en technologie de l'information, affaires, marketing, sciences de la vie ou diplôme avancé pertinent en solutions axées sur l'IA.
  • Expérience avérée (5 à 10 ans ou plus) en innovation numérique, solutions d'engagement client ou excellence commerciale dans le secteur pharmaceutique/santé/technologie.
  • Solide expérience dans l'identification, le développement et la mise en œuvre d'outils numériques et de solutions propulsées par l'IA.
  • Succès démontré dans la livraison de projets interfonctionnels dans des organisations complexes et matricielles.
  • Expérience avec les plateformes numériques, systèmes CRM, marketing omnicanal et technologies de personnalisation.
  • Compétences solides en gestion de projet et du changement; capacité à gérer plusieurs projets dans des environnements dynamiques et rapides.
  • Expérience avec des outils et technologies tels que Power BI, Veeva, Salesforce, GenAI, Python, algorithmes ML, Agentic AI, OpenAI APIs, Bedrock.
  • Influence avérée dans des matrices organisationnelles mondiales; passion pour l'innovation et l'impact mesurable.
  • Capacité démontrée à influencer la haute direction et à mener des initiatives numériques stratégiques.
  • Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes et en création de relations.

Senior affiliate level IT role driving digital transformation through AI, data solutions, and innovative technologies to advance commercial strategies; partners with Commercial, Medical, Market Access to identify high impact opportunities, deploy scalable capabilities, and ensure compliant adoption, delivering outcomes such as customer engagement uplift, cycle time reduction, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Forge strong partnerships with commercial leaders across Canada and in the broader International Region to uncover high impact opportunities where AI and digital technology can transform outcomes in priority therapeutic areas.
  • Pinpoint high value business challenges and translate them into innovative data & AI strategies and solutions to enhance market differentiation, customer engagement, and revenue generation.
  • Scout, evaluate, and implement breakthrough AI powered solutions-leveraging internal capabilities and external partnerships-to improve patient outcomes and drive BMS growth.
  • Facilitate collaboration across internal teams and with external innovators (healthcare providers, technology companies) to codevelop and pilot new solutions.
  • Craft compelling business cases that mobilize cross functional support and investment, translating complex AI and digital strategies into clear commercial growth.
  • Orchestrate seamless delivery from concept to launch by aligning Marketing, Sales, Medical, Legal & Compliance, Regulatory, and Procurement.
  • Maximize deployment with clear impact metrics, rigorously tracking performance to ensure measurable value for patients and sustained business momentum.
  • Inspire a culture of innovation and agility across BMS.
  • Ensure privacy, security, and Responsible AI guardrails; maintain a local risk register and business continuity plans for critical processes and systems.
  • Drive omnichannel personalization and next best action capabilities to enhance HCP/customer experience and field effectiveness.
  • Orchestrate local use of enterprise data platforms; automate data integration/analytics flows with delivery centers; progress from descriptive to predictive AI/ML use cases.
  • Define KPIs/OKRs and track adoption %, cycle time reduction, quality/compliance outcomes, and business value realized.

Qualifications & Experience

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or equivalent advanced degree of relevance in AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience (5-10 years, or more) in digital innovation, customer engagement solutions, or commercial excellence within pharma/healthcare/tech.
  • Strong track record identifying, developing, and implementing digital tools and AI driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering cross functional projects in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Experience with digital platforms, CRM systems, omnichannel marketing, and personalization technology.
  • Strong project and change management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, fast paced environments.
  • Proven experience with tools and technologies such as Power BI, Veeva, Salesforce, GenAI, Python, ML algorithms, Agentic AI, OpenAI APIs, Bedrock
  • Proven influence across global organizational matrices; passion for innovation and measurable impact.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic digital initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and French).

Other Desired qualifications:

  • Experience with AI governance frameworks and model risk management.
  • Experience leading change management programs tied to digital transformation.
  • Certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or Solution Architecture.
  • Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry's commercial processes and solutions and local regulatory environments

Compensation Overview:

The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.
