About the role
Six & Flow Group is hiring an exceptional Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our growth across the North American market (US & Canada).
This is a front-line sourcing role, focused on identifying, engaging and qualifying new business opportunities, particularly in enterprise and upper mid-market organisations.
You’ll work closely with our Sales Manager, Business Development Managers, Pre-Sales and Marketing to build a high-quality pipeline through structured outbound, targeted prospecting and intelligent follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys opening doors, is confident speaking with senior stakeholders, and wants to build a career in modern B2B sales within a fast-growing, AI-enabled consultancy.
What you’ll do
- Prospect into enterprise and upper mid-market accounts across the US and Canada
- Research and identify target accounts aligned to our ICP (enterprise & upper mid-market)
- Build and manage outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn and calls, engaging senior decision makers (CMO, CRO, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Digital leaders)
- Qualify prospects based on need, readiness and fit
- Clearly articulate Six & Flow’s value proposition across HubSpot, RevOps, AI-enabled delivery and managed services
- Work closely with BDMs and Pre-Sales to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Support targeted ABM and campaign-driven outreach with Marketing
- Follow up leads from events, partnerships and inbound activity
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data and activity tracking
What success looks like
- Continuously test, learn and improve outreach messaging and approach
- Hit agreed KPIs for meetings booked, qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution
- A consistent flow of qualified meetings and opportunities
- Strong contribution to sourced pipeline coverage
- High-quality handovers that convert into real deals
What we’re looking for
- 2–3+ years in a BDR, SDR or outbound-focused sales role (B2B / agency / SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence speaking to senior stakeholders (C-suit)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Ideally Hubspot) and AI sales tooling
- Tech-savvy mindset (you enjoy tools, systems and learning fast)
- Experience selling into Marketing, RevOps, Digital or SaaS teams
- Experience with outbound tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, Outreach, etc.)
- Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs
- Confident working with remote and cross-region teams
- Positive, high-energy and commercially minded
