Location: Hamilton, Ontario
Based out of your home office and reporting to the Regional Service Manager, the Field Service Representative (FSR) will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our medical diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT, X-ray, Ultrasound, and Angiography, for clients primarily in Hamilton, ON. and surrounding areas.
Major Responsibilities
- Install Canon Medical Systems Canada Limited (CMSCA) equipment according to our standards while adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring full functionality based on specifications;
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and evaluation of diagnostic equipment;
- Calibrate and repair diagnostic equipment in accordance with guidelines and quality standards;
- Communicate and maintain accurate service records and field service reports;
- Adhere at all times to all CMSCA policies, including environmental, health and safety, and confidentiality policies in their entirety.
Position Requirements
- Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Representative/Engineer in at least two of the following modalities:
- Angio
- X-ray
- CT
- Ultrasound
- Excellent installation and equipment servicing skills;
- Diploma in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering Technology;
- Solid communication and customer relations skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Highly team-oriented;
- Capable to travel internationally for training;
- Possess a valid driver’s license;
- Ability to be on-call Ability to work overtime and flexible hours.
