JOB DESCRIPTION
AAA Canada is seeking painters to join our team. Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Finishing Painter is responsible for preparing, painting, and marking aircraft and components in accordance with established quality and safety standards. Occasional assembly tasks may also be required.
Responsibilities
- Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, polishing, stripping);
- Apply coatings according to technical plans and specifications;
- Perform touch-ups and minor repairs;
- Ensure quality and document all work performed;
- Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols;
- Work at heights or in confined spaces.
Skills and qualifications
- AEP in Industrial Painting, DEP in Auto Bodywork, DEC in Aerospace Painting, or accelerated training (16–20 weeks);
- Experience in a similar role (asset);
- Attention to detail, precision, and manual dexterity;
- Ability to distinguish colors, finishes, and textures;
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics;
- Bilingualism (French/English) required for multilingual client environment.

- Physical work in a factory setting, sometimes at heights or in uncomfortable positions
