Title: Digital Media Assistant
Reports To: Director, Performance
Job Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week)
OVERVIEW: The Digital Media Assistant plays a key role in supporting the digital media buying process and the day-to-day management of digital campaigns. This position works closely with Digital Buyers and Senior Digital Buyers, providing hands-on coordination and administrative support. The role reports directly to the Director of Performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Digital Planning Support:
- Assist in the development of digital media presentations, supporting strategy and tactical development as needed.
Digital Activation Responsibilities:
- Liaise with vendors to book campaigns, schedule meetings, and ensure campaign objectives are met.
- Support the trafficking and launch of assets received from agencies/clients.
- Assist with client ad hoc requests, troubleshooting, and campaign setup.
- Monitor campaign pacing, KPI achievement, and support optimizations.
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain Datorama dashboards for performance accuracy, design, and screenshot collection.
- Support the preparation of pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reports; follow up on weekly reports from platforms and vendors.
- Work with large, data-heavy Excel files to clean, analyze, and synthesize performance data into actionable insights.
Finance:
- Input campaigns into Prisma; reconcile monthly invoices from vendors.
Process & Innovation:
- Stay informed and share relevant industry updates with the team and client verticals.
- Collaborate in planning brainstorms and propose solutions to improve efficiency and processes.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Education in Media, Marketing, or Advertising is an asset
- Experience: 0–1 year
NOTES: • This role does not qualify for LMIA.
- This hybrid role requires presence in the Markham office eight days per month; the office is a space for collaboration and connection.
- The salary range for this position is $42,500–$45,000 per year, with eligibility for our incentive program.
