Work Location Kelowna Valens Agritech Facility About the Role Exciting Opportunity: Sanitation Technician Sanitation Technicians are responsible for keeping all production areas in a clean and orderly condition to ensure compliance standards are met and production functions as expected. What You’ll Be Doing As a Sanitation Technician, you’ll help keep production clean and efficient by: Cleaning equipment and production areas Assisting and guiding team members with sanitation tasks Ensuring cleaning meets quality and safety standards Following SOPs for chemical and equipment use Removing trash and recycling regularly Reporting supply needs to your supervisor Completing required cleaning documentation As a Sanitation Technician you bring: Proven sanitation experience in a manufacturing/production/industrial environment required Ability to stand for long periods of time & ability to lift upwards of 30lbs Valid WHMIS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire Proven ability to work in a team environment and work independently Professional attitude and appearance Strong attention to detail Solid written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks What You’ll Enjoy Working With Us Flexible Opportunities: We welcome people from all backgrounds to join our diverse team.
