ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data entered into our systems, supporting quality control processes, and maintaining meticulous records. You will work closely with multiple departments to verify data, correct discrepancies, and uphold data standards in alignment with company policies and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy and quality assurance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.
- Experience with MTR’s, SharePoint, and AutoCAD.
- Review and verify data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
- Identify, flag, and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of data entry standards and procedures.
- Generate regular reports summarizing data entry and quality control performance.
- Support audits by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
- Suggest and help implement process improvements to enhance data quality and workflow efficiency.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in a related discipline from a post-secondary institution.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to work effectively with all clients, both internal and external.
- Ability to learn fast, work in a fast-paced environment, and being detail-oriented (being able to thoroughly check information) are crucial to the success of this role.
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work activities.
