Role Description / Key Responsibilities

Apply strong working knowledge in thedesign of low, medium, and high-voltage electrical systemsand related components for projects within themining and heavy industrial sectors.

Work independently as asenior engineer, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support various phases of project delivery.

Contribute toproject planning and execution, including assisting with material cost estimates, project scheduling, system design, and technical analysis.

Develop and reviewtechnical specifications, operating procedures, and maintenance standardsfor electrical systems and equipment.

Performelectrical system modeling using ETAPand analyze results to support system performance, safety, and reliability.

Prepare, review, andsign/seal technical engineering documents, including:

Engineering drawings
-
Technical specifications
-
Equipment data sheets
-
Engineering lists (equipment lists, pipeline lists, tie-in point lists, valve lists, etc.)

Engineering calculations
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbalcommunication skillswith the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience inmining, heavy industrial, or large-scale infrastructure environmentsis considered an asset.
- Experience supportingsite-based projects or working in operational industrial environmentsis also an asset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree inElectrical Engineering. -Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with APEGS(Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan).
- Ability to completerequired safety training and site access requirementsprior to attending safety-sensitive industrial sites. -Asset -P.Eng. designation with PEO(Professional Engineers Ontario).
