About the role

We are looking for a Talent Partner who will support Canada-based manufacturing sites and oversee global talent program activation across our manufacturing footprint. This role acts as a strategic connector between local HR teams and global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE), ensuring talent programs are deployed consistently, sustained effectively, and continuously improved worldwide—while maintaining hands-on partnership for Canada.

You will play a key role in overseeing global deployment governance, influencing sustainment strategies, and monitoring program effectiveness, while also supporting our manufacturing sites in Canada as the primary Talent partner for all leadership, engagement and wellness talent programs.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Canada Talent Partner Responsibilities

Lead the deployment of talent programs , such as the engagement measure tool for direct labor employees and supervisors’ leadership journey .

Work closely with senior leaders and HRBPs to align talent programs with business objectives in line with local legal requirements and to meet local needs.

Develop and implement engagement and communication plans to drive adoption and long-term participation among employees, HRBPs, and leaders.

Implement strategies to sustain talent programs post-deployment, ensuring a long-term adoption and effectiveness.

Stay up to date with best practices for deployment of talent programs for plant employees.

Global Talent Program Governance & Activation

Oversee the deployment of talent programs globally across manufacturing sites, in close partnership with local HR/Talent teams and external partners.

Lead global activation governance to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and alignment of talent programs across regions.

Monitor global program impacts and performance by collaborating closely with the Talent CoE to identify improvement opportunities.

Oversee program logistics, timelines, and resources required for successful global and regional implementation.

Provide consolidated feedback and insights on program effectiveness, adoption, local compliance, and regional needs to the Talent Management team.

Plan and manage the talent deployment budget for all our manufacturing sites.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in talent management, program deployment, and sustainment, ideally in a matrixed or global environment.

Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives across regions and stakeholders.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Excellent analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Proven ability to drive change management and support adoption of new talent programs across diverse populations.

Bilingual (French and English) to facilitate working with international partners.
