English Version The Assistant Vice President of Field Distribution serves as the primary liaison between Primerica’s Home Office and the Sales Force, driving overall success by building strong, lasting relationships, understanding business needs, and proactively addressing concerns. In addition to influencing and supporting our sales force, the successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and communicating field feedback to the home office to support ongoing strategic alignment. Given our large, dynamic, and diverse Sales Force, it is essential for Primerica to stay informed about emerging issues and concerns. These insights can uncover valuable growth opportunities or highlight potential challenges that may impact company objectives. While this is a fully remote position, the successful candidate must reside in the province of Quebec.
Responsibilities And Qualifications Responsabilités :
- Promouvoir la croissance de la distribution en fournissant aux représentants un soutien sous forme de formation et de perfectionnement personnel et collectif
- Déterminer les obstacles à la croissance, les possibilités d'améliorer le soutien ou les ressources nécessaires et prendre les mesures qui s'imposent
- Mettre en place des initiatives stratégiques en matière de marketing, de production et de recrutement au Québec et dans les provinces de l'Atlantique
- Organiser et mener des réunions à l'intention des représentants; former, motiver et encourager les organisations de base ainsi que les représentants
- Communiquer sur les produits, les philosophies et les processus de la compagnie
- Assurer la liaison entre les vice-présidents régionaux, les directeurs de succursale et le personnel du siège social
- Effectuer des tâches administratives, notamment faire le suivi des activités, en évaluer l'efficacité, examiner des documents, élaborer des présentations PowerPoint et diffuser du contenu à la force de vente, etc.
- Pouvoir assurer la liaison avec les représentants de nos sociétés partenaires
- Être disposé(e) à voyager 75 % du temps pendant la semaine et les fins de semaine, selon les besoins
- Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes
Qualifications
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) et excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
- Diplôme d’études post-secondaires ou connaissances et compétences équivalentes acquises par de l’expérience professionnelle
- Connaissances et expérience en marketing dans le domaine des services financiers
- Expérience démontrant d'excellentes compétences en matière de gestion des tâches, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, ainsi que la capacité à établir et à maintenir des relations professionnelles efficaces
- Solides compétences organisationnelles
- Bonne connaissance de MS Office, y compris PowerPoint
- Un permis d'assurance-vie provincial est un atout
- Un permis de fonds communs de placement provincial est un atout
- Admissible à l'accréditation en assurance-vie et en fonds communs de placement

- Identify any barriers to growth, opportunities to improve support or required resources and address accordingly
- Establish strategic marketing, production and recruiting efforts in Quebec and Atlantic Provinces
- Organize and conduct field meetings, train, incent and motivate sales associations and representatives
- Communicate company products, philosophies and processes
- Liaison with RVP, Branch Managers and Head Office personnel
- Perform administrative tasks including activity tracking, measuring effectiveness of activities, document reviews, creating PowerPoint presentations, disseminating content to the sales force, etc.
- Ability to liaise with representatives of our partner companies
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time during week and weekends as required
- Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
- Fully Bilingual (English and French) with excellent verbal and written communication
- Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Marketing knowledge and experience in the financial services field
- Track record demonstrating excellent task management, communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint
- Provincial Life Insurance License an asset
- Provincial Mutual Fund License an asset
- Eligible for life and mutual fund licenses
- Quebec based location
