About the Role

We are looking for a detail‑driven Commercial Coordinator to support our commercial operations in Canada. In this position, you will act as the central link between our Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external customers, ensuring smooth order flow, accurate demand planning, and precise inventory alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Flow & Customer Coordination

  • Serve as the main liaison between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and customers.
  • Prepare customer documentation including order forms, disclaimers, and country‑specific requirements.
  • Support the sales cycle by resolving pre‑order and in‑process operational issues.

SKU Enrichment & Forecast Support

  • Manage SKU enrichment as part of the demand planning cycle.
  • Ensure accurate SKU and assortment information in collaboration with the Demand Planner.

Virtual Warehouse (VWH) & Replenishment

  • Coordinate closely with Replenishment and Operational Supply Planners.
  • Monitor VWH inventory and align with demand plans.
  • Support seed/batch allocation and communicate internal and external updates.

Data & Reporting

  • Compile and analyze operational data including forecasts, open orders, and replenishment metrics.
  • Coordinate payment follow-up with Finance.
  • Support customer and market data collection as needed.

Contract & Pricing Administration

  • Manage distribution agreements, discount letters, and other commercial documentation.
  • Prepare annual price lists and manage updates through the year.

  • Operational Supply Planner
  • Customer Service
  • Finance

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field) or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in commercial operations, supply chain, coordination, or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or ERP systems.
  • Experience in horticulture, seeds, or agriculture is a plus.
  • Must be an eligible driver under our insurance policy.

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move items up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office or worksite.
  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping when accessing files or office materials.
  • Manual dexterity required for keyboard use, writing, and handling documents.

Compensation & Benefits

The following information is provided in good faith as a general description of the pay range and benefits for the position posted. The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate is dependent upon experience, skills, education, and other objective job-related factors.

Salary Range:$85,000 – $95,000 CADThe starting salary is offered in good‑faith, based on role level, skill, qualifications and local Canadian market data.

Work Eligibility & Location

  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Role is based in ourLeamington, Ontariooffice with occasional travel to other provinces, USA and/or Europe for meetings with Enza employees or customers. Travel time is <5%.
  • Must be an eligible driver under our insurance policy.
