We’re seeking a skilled Window Installer to join our team on Caivan and ABIC projects in Ottawa. In this role, you’ll install a wide range of window types in new home construction, ensuring precise fit, energy efficiency, and the highest standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install a variety of window types across new home construction projects
- Measure and assess openings for accurate fit and alignment
- Apply sealing, insulation, and weatherproofing techniques to enhance energy efficiency
- Coordinate with construction teams to meet project timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
- Provide lock-out service: install screens, cranks, and adjustments to ensure proper function
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform other duties as required
You Will Bring:
- 2–5 years of experience in window installation, ideally in new home construction
- Strong understanding of window types and installation requirements
- Excellent measurement and mathematical skills
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction safety practices
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and teams
