The Role
As our Senior Revenue Operations and HubSpot Manager, you will own the systems, processes, and data that power our commercial organization. You will be responsible for building and continuously improving the infrastructure that enables our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development teams to operate efficiently and make data-driven decisions. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing scalable systems rather than simply maintaining them. You will take ownership of our HubSpot customer relationship management platform, commercial technology stack, data governance, reporting, and automation strategy while ensuring every stage of the customer journey is supported by accurate data, streamlined processes, and intelligent workflows.
Working closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development, and Engineering, you will help build a modern Revenue Operations function that supports our continued international growth. From lead generation and opportunity management through customer retention and expansion, your work will directly influence pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with commercial understanding, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is excited by the opportunity to use Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data to build a scalable commercial engine for a rapidly growing Software as a Service company.
What You Will Do
Own Our Commercial Technology Stack
Own the architecture, governance, and long-term health of our HubSpot customer relationship management platform across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development. Design scalable customer relationship management structures that support growth while maintaining high data quality. Drive adoption, best practices, and continuous improvement across the commercial organization.
Build World-Class Revenue Operations
Develop and optimize lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, lead routing, qualification, and attribution. Design workflows and automations that eliminate manual work and improve commercial efficiency. Build scalable processes that ensure every lead is captured, nurtured, routed, and measured effectively.
Artificial Intelligence and Automation
Design Artificial Intelligence powered workflows across the customer lifecycle. Automate lead enrichment, scoring, routing, reporting, forecasting, and operational processes using large language models and automation platforms. Continuously identify opportunities where Artificial Intelligence can improve speed, quality, and scalability.
Commercial Systems and Integrations
Own and optimize integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DreamData, Jira, Monday.com, and other commercial platforms.
Data and Analytics
Maintain high standards for customer relationship management data quality, governance, and validation. Build executive dashboards and commercial reporting. Partner with Marketing on attribution and campaign performance. Partner with Sales Leadership on pipeline visibility, forecasting, and performance analysis. Support Finance with commission calculations and commercial reporting.
Process Documentation and Enablement
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures. Train and support commercial teams on customer relationship management best practices. Act as the internal subject matter expert for HubSpot and Revenue Operations.
Who You Are
5 or more years of hands-on HubSpot administration across Sales Hub and Marketing Hub. Current HubSpot certifications in Revenue Operations, Sales Hub Administration, Marketing Hub Administration, or equivalent. Strong understanding of customer relationship management architecture, database design, and data governance. Experience with Application Programming Interfaces, Structured Query Language, Google BigQuery, JavaScript, and cloud-based data platforms. Experience integrating multiple commercial technologies into one connected ecosystem. Strong understanding of lead lifecycle management and Software as a Service revenue metrics. Experience working across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Executive Leadership. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
Nice to Have
Experience working in a high-growth Software as a Service company. Experience with Artificial Intelligence powered Revenue Operations. Experience building automation using large language models together with Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms. Experience with predictive analytics and Artificial Intelligence assisted forecasting. Experience building attribution models using DreamData or similar platforms.
