About The Role As the Director, Strategy and Execution, you will play a pivotal role within our Technology, and Analytics (TA) team, directly supporting our vision for seamless end-user experience and scalable and secure technology solutions. Reporting to the VP, Technology & Analytics, you will be responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of the TA strategy and key initiatives for our Lifemark Technology Ecosystem, IT Operations and Analytics functions.

This role demands deep collaboration with business partners, technical enablement teams, and product and delivery leads, ensuring that patient and client objectives are achieved through strategic planning, strong risk management by design, and effective program governance, with a strategic focus on evolving microservices & data architecture and modern foundational technologies.

This role provides critical support across the following core functions

Strategic Planning and Delivery Support

  • Optimize and continuously improve the department’s internal operating model — including strategic planning cadences, financial (capital and operations) planning rhythms, and reporting workflows to support operational clarity and executive alignment.
  • Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle for TA, including the creation of integrated roadmaps and tracking/reporting mechanisms. Ensure divisional goals align with enterprise objectives and are executed through structured planning rituals, timelines, and progress monitoring.
  • Own the creation and adoption of planning and prioritization structures that define and guide financial gating aligned to enterprise and PTA goals.
  • Lead and coach a small, high-impact team responsible for strategy execution, operations, and planning — with the opportunity to grow scope and headcount over time.

Governance and Decision Support

  • Serve as the primary business relationship lead for the Technology, and Analytics team managing governance forums, transforming business needs into scalable solutions while ensuring consistent alignment between stakeholder goals and TA delivery.
  • Enable strategic decision making through program and resource performance reports
  • tools that support operating and capital budgeting, initiative sequencing, and value-based trade-offs.
  • Communicate strategic plans, initiative progress, and the value of key workstreams in a clear, concise, and structured manner, tailoring the message across various audiences.
  • Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with technology leaders, business stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.

What You'll Bring

  • University or college degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, management consulting, healthcare, technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with or within technology and analytics teams.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong record of professionalism, innovation, and integrity.
  • Superior analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Strong relationship management capabilities, adept at fostering robust partnerships across technology and business functions.
  • Advanced planning and strategic definition capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and long-term vision.
