About the role

At PwC, our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry, helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and development projects. In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC, you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces, including maintenance, security, and space planning. You will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients.

The Opportunity:

As a Business Centre Support Clerk, unlock your potential and embrace the chance to drive meaningful outcomes that’ll elevate your career. Your role will include, but isn’t limited to:

  • Facilitate the setup and operation of a diverse range of audiovisual and video conferencing equipment to support business activities
  • Oversee and coordinate printing, copying, scanning, and binding services to ensure operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of office and IT peripheral supplies, including placing orders as required
  • Conduct daily and weekly inspections of office spaces to uphold standards of cleanliness and functionality
  • Manage office supplies across the office, ensuring consistent availability and replenishment
  • Monitor printers and associated supplies, including ordering and maintenance
  • Ensure storage rooms and business centre areas are organized, clean, and well-maintained
  • Provide support for room and catering setups as needed to facilitate meetings and events
  • Offer reception coverage relief as required
  • Assist with additional Office Services functions as requested to support overall business operations

Whatyou’llbring:

  • Relevant experience in an office position including supply inventorying and set-up of audio-visual equipment is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft SharePoint for document management and sharing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (including strong spelling, drafting, editing, proofreading, punctuation and grammar skills)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
  • Exercises discretion when dealing with confidential data
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed focused with the ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
  • Fluency in French and full business proficiency in English is required
  • This position is required to be on-site. Additional information can be discussed with your interviewer.

The salary range for this position is $34,700 - $57,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
