About the role
About Passport:
At Passport, we empower brands to reach their global potential by delivering the #1 international solutions for direct-to-consumer businesses. What sets us apart is our expertise in international shipping—enabling brands like Carpe, OneSkin, Rhode, GORUCK, and Wildflower Cases to scale globally with ease. Our extensive network, in-house team of logistics and ecommerce experts, integrations with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms, and user-friendly portal make us the trusted partner for growth-focused brands looking to expand internationally and create seamless cross-border experiences.
We are looking for a sharp, execution-minded Business Operations Analyst to join our growing BizOps team.
In this role, you’ll help redesign how Passport works. You’ll be responsible for identifying pain points, rethinking workflows, and building smarter, more scalable systems. That might mean eliminating a manual process, implementing a new tool, or identifying use cases for an AI agent. You’ll need to be as comfortable mapping out processes as you are prototyping.
This is a great fit for someone early in their career who brings strong judgment, follows through, and finds energy in solving sometimes unglamorous but important problems. You’ll have real ownership over your work—but you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that values learning, supports each other, and shares a deep curiosity about how we can work smarter. If the idea of playing a meaningful role in helping a company go AI-first excites you, we’d love to talk.
What you'll do:
- Architect smart solutions: Use low-code/no-code tools (and some vibe code) to help teams move faster and smarter. Make thoughtful calls on when to automate, redesign, or delegate.
- Diagnose and rewire processes: Map out existing workflows, identify points of failure or inefficiency, and propose solutions that improve accuracy or speed.
- Own execution: Take a project from concept to completion—whether it’s rebuilding a manual workflow, unlocking a new key capability, or implementing a new internal tool.
- Partner across functions: Collaborate with stakeholders across the org (Ops, Finance, and GTM teams) to understand pain points, deliver real impact, and help shift ways of working.
- Serve as a force-multiplier: Help our team—and company—live out the philosophy of “doing more with less” through emerging tech.
What we're looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Thoughtful communicator who shares ideas clearly and collaboratively.
- Strong judgment, with the ability to zoom in and out between details and strategy.
- Curious and resourceful—always asking, “How might we do this better?”
- Interest in experimenting with AI tools to build smarter processes.
- Organized and reliable—you see things through.
- Belief that improving how we work internally improves how we serve customers.
Nice-to-haves:
- 1–2 years in business operations, systems, consulting, or a similar execution-focused role.
- Exposure to automation, process improvement, or workflow design.
- Some experience with low-code/no-code tools (like Parabola or Coefficient), and a desire to learn more.
- Light experience with SQL, scripting, or dashboards.
Don’t meet every single bullet? We’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who’s excited about the role and brings a strong sense of ownership, not someone who checks every box.
A sneak peak into our perks & benefits:
-
Competitive cash and equity packages
-
Healthcare, dental, and vision, life & disability insurance
-
401(K) Match
-

-
