###TA MISSION
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des technologies de l’information, tu seras responsable de l’exploitation, de l’administration et de l’optimisation des infrastructures technologiques de l’organisation, incluant les environnements serveurs, réseaux, stockage, solutions cloud et les mécanismes de cybersécurité.
Tu assureras la disponibilité, la performance et la sécurité des systèmes informatiques tout en contribuant à la résolution des incidents techniques et à l’amélioration continue de l’environnement technologique. Tu participeras activement à la mise en place de solutions robustes et sécurisées, au maintien des bonnes pratiques d’exploitation et à la documentation des systèmes.
Ce rôle implique également de contribuer aux stratégies de sauvegarde, de reprise après sinistre et de cybersécurité afin d’assurer la continuité des opérations de l’entreprise.
- Administrer et maintenir les environnements serveurs (Windows 95% et Linux 5%).
- Assurer l’administration et l’optimisation des infrastructures réseaux LAN, WAN, VPN et Wi-Fi pour le IT et le OT.
- Gérer les environnements virtualisés et les solutions de stockage.
- Mettre en œuvre et maintenir les mesures de cybersécurité (pare-feu, antivirus, MFA, segmentation réseau). Fortigate et commutateurs Aruba Instant-On.
- Administrer les solutions de gestion des identités et des accès (IAM).
- Agir comme point d’escalade technique pour les incidents complexes (niveau 2-3). Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes liés aux infrastructures systèmes et réseaux.
###TON PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES
- Diplôme (DEC, BAC) technologies de l’information, soutien informatique, ou domaine connexe ;
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience en administration système TI, administration de systèmes et d’infrastructures TI, incluant des environnements serveurs, réseaux, virtualisation et cloud.
- Expérience démontrée dans des environnements hybrides et critiques, avec un fort accent sur la sécurité, la disponibilité et la continuité des opérations.
- Maîtrise du français à l’oral et à l’écrit ; anglais fonctionnel requis.

###YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Director of Information Technologies, you will be responsible for the operation, administration, and optimization of the organization’s IT infrastructure, which includes server, network, storage and cloud solution environments as well as cybersecurity mechanisms.
You will see to the availability, performance and security of IT systems while resolving technical incidents and continuously improving the technology environment. You will actively implement robust and secure solutions and maintain best practices for systems operation and documentation.
In this role, you will also contribute to strategies for backups, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity to maintain the Company’s operational continuity.
- Administer and maintain server environments (95% Windows and 5% Linux).
- Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi network infrastructure for IT and OT.
- Manage virtualized environments and storage solutions.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus software, multi-factor authentication, network segmentation, FortiGate and Aruba Instant-On switches).
- Administer identity access management (IAM) solutions.
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents (Level 2 to 3). Diagnose and resolve issues related to system and network infrastructure.
###YOUR SKILLS PROFILE
- Diploma (DCS) or degree (BA/BSc) in information technology, IT support, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure management, including server, network, virtualization, and cloud environments.
- Proven experience in hybrid and critical environments, with a strong focus on security, availability, and operational continuity.
- Excellent proficiency in French (oral and written); functional English is required.
