What You’ll Be Doing: Teaching swim lessons for kids and adults at all levels—whether they’re just starting or perfecting their skills. Working with the Aquatics Supervisor to solve challenges and improve teaching techniques. Supporting and mentoring other instructors by giving helpful feedback during visits. Covering classes when needed, because teamwork makes the dream work. Helping out with staff meetings and training sessions to keep our team top-notch. Training new instructors on our curriculum so they’re ready to dive in. Conducting water interviews to help recruit great new instructors. What We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a team-first mindset. Someone who’s attentive and ready to give 100% during every shift. Dependable and committed individuals who show up and shine! About The Aqua Life Swim Academy
ALSA is a Private Swim School dedicated to improving the Aqua Lives of children, teens and adults! We are based out of Ottawa, Ontario and offer private/semi private swimming lessons to all ages.
We currently operate out of four locations throughout the city for our clients convenience. We are proud to have served over 1200 clients in the Ottawa area and now with the introduction of two new locations in the city we are providing over 300 customized swim lessons per month.
Our Mission:
We strive to enrich every child, teen and adult's Aqua Life by meeting their individual needs. Our purpose is to develop swimmers in a safe and private/semi private lesson customized to their specific needs.
